Request Data Deletion

OffGrid AI FieldGuide does not require an account and does not save your conversations, uploaded media, or generated images as an account history. You can still request deletion of feedback or content reports you chose to submit.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@offgridaitoolkit.com with the subject OffGrid AI FieldGuide Data Deletion Request.
  2. Describe the feedback or content report you want deleted and include the approximate submission date and any wording that will help us identify it.
  3. We will confirm the request and delete identifiable matching feedback, content-report, or support records after we can reasonably identify and verify them, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active dispute.

What Is Deleted

A verified request deletes matching optional feedback or content-report records, including the category, details you entered, basic app context, and a reported AI response if you chose to include it.

What Is Not Stored As Account Data

Chat prompts, AI responses, uploaded photos, selected video frames, and generated images are processed to complete your request but are not written to the OffGrid AI application database as saved conversation or media history.

Automatic Retention

Anonymous daily usage counters contain a one-way network-address hash, dates, counts, and timestamps but no prompt or media content. They are automatically deleted after 31 days. Hosting and security systems may retain limited technical request metadata for shorter operational periods. These records may be kept when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving an active abuse incident.

Files Saved To Your Phone

Images, PDFs, and other exports that you save remain on your device. You can delete them at any time using your phone's Gallery or Files app.
